• The JW Marriott Hotel Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE will serve as the focal point of the emerging L.A. LIVE district, offering sophisticated travelers a front seat to the world-class entertainment, sports and dining district, along with the approachable luxury for which the brand has long been known.
• With its central location in Los Angeles’ burgeoning downtown district, the JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE will provide a deluxe level of comfort and personal service, as well as easy access to the city, whether visiting the revitalized downtown area or other parts of Los Angeles.
• Featuring the most flexible meeting space in downtown Los Angeles, including three floors of stacked ballrooms, The JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE will serve as the convention headquarters hotel and meeting space for the downtown area, situated directly adjacent to the Los Angeles Convention Center.
• The JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE is scheduled to open in March 2010 with 879 guest rooms and more than 75,000 square feet of meeting space.
• The JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE will share space with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE in a 54-story building designed by Gensler.
• Operated as two separate entities under The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott brands, the building will be the only triple-use venue, offering access to the convention center, two hotels and residences.
