Construction Updates
L.A. LIVE is being developed in 3 phases. Construction commenced on the first phase in November 2005 and will open in October 2007 with the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE and NOKIA Plaza.
The second phase will open in October of 2008 with the restaurants, the GRAMMY Museum, Club NOKIA, The Conga Room, Lucky Strike, the AEG broadcast studio and the corporate office space. The ESPN offices and studio will open in early 2009.
The third phase will complete the project in spring 2010 with the opening of the JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences, ballrooms and Regal Cinemas.
